6 individually and modernly furnished apartments are available in the A CASA Residence. Our residence is located at the beginning of the village, about 500 meters from the center of Sölden, which is thus within a few minutes walk for you, opposite the Giggijoch cable car. You can also start many different hikes, such as towards Stallwiesalm on one side or Maria's Alm on the other side, from the residence.
In addition to your apartment, which is furnished with all modern living and sleeping comforts, free WLAN in the entire house, there is also a parking space per apartment, directly at the house, as well as a ski room with ski boot heating at your disposal. Relax and unwind in the cozy wellness area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation room, where you can really enjoy yourself.

Check-In at the main reception A CASA Check-In (Dorfstraße 66, 6450 Sölden) between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., in winter on Saturdays until 10:00 p.m., for late arrivals, key cards with a code will be deposited in the safe. Please read your arrival information in the arrival mail.
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10 a.m.! Please report any damage immediately so that we can repair it.
