If you have not yet done the pre-check in, we kindly ask you to do it, as there may be considerable waiting time at the reception on the day of arrival. We would like to ask you to have both an ID ready upon arrival to check in as well as a credit card to deposit.

You will receive the keys to your apartment upon check-in at our main reception "A CASA CHECK IN" at Dorfstrasse 66, directly in the center of 6450 Sölden. We are there for you until about 20:00. We will leave further information in your apartment. Check-in is possible from 16:00. In case of late arrival we ask you for a short notification until 18:00. In case of your departure we ask for a check-out until 10 o'clock at the latest. Please also note our booking information.
